RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from MyGym Fitness Systems™. When your order is delivered to you, please check the following:

  • Inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
  • Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package.

It is normal for the carton to show some wear. However, if damage did occur, make note of the damage on the shipping receipt. Sign and date the shipping receipt. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date. Simply contact our customer service department at 1-866-899-3044 for your “Return Authorization Number” and for return instructions. Then return the unit along with all accessories that came along with it. You will be refunded the purchase price less shipping, handling and any other applicable charges.

To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please do the following when packing and sending your product:

  • Send the product in its original packaging.
  • Pack the product so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
  • Include a copy of the packing slip. If you don’t have the packing slip; please include your name, address, phone number and order number along with the product.
  • Send the product via a method that can be tracked. For example, if sending it with the United States Postal Service, please send it as certified mail. We cannot process your return until your product has been received.

LIMITED WARRANTY

MyGym Fitness Systems believes its product to be free from defect when used for normal recreational purposes. Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon delivery. All products are warranted against defects in materials and / or workmanship. The bench, bands, mat and all other components are warranted for one year from the invoice date. In the case of a manufacturing defect, the component or part may be returned after it has been put to use within a reasonable time. Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product will not be refunded or replaced.

If defective, most component parts such as bands or handles will fail within the first week of use. To return the defective part call 1-866-899-3044 for a “Return Authorization Number”, then return the product to MyGym Fitness Systems for a replacement if it remains under warranty. MyGym Fitness Systems will inspect the part to determine if the defect was caused by manufacturer’s defect, improper application, or normal wear and tear.

MyGym Fitness Systems will replace or repair product at its option but is not responsible for shipping or cost incurred to return products. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident (including in transit), or repairs or attempted repairs or modifications by any person not authorized by MyGym Fitness Systems. Warranty does not cover damage caused by vandalism, misuse, abuse or alteration.

Return defective product after obtaining a “Return Authorization Number”, please include:

  • Legible return address
  • Day time phone number
  • Brief Statement concerning defect in question
  • Customer number, sales order number and / or proof of purchase
