How big is the unit and how easy is it to move around?

The MyGym is 40" x 20" x 7" and weighs 24 pounds. It is very easy to carry and stores in very little space – under most beds.

How does the MyGym work?

Unlike most common circuit training equipment today using hydraulic resistance and one exercise per station with no resistance variation, MyGym's design is unique to provide the benefits of many different machines for circuit training in one piece of equipment while providing very quick changes from one exercise to the next and variable resistance as well. In addition the unique design allows for resistance to be changed simply and quickly with range of motion maximized with each selected resistance.

Why can't you ship to PO or APO boxes?

Most shippers do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. The package must be delivered to a physical address.

How can I check the status of my order?

You should receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service at 1-866-899-3044 and they will be happy to supply that.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes, if you live in Utah. MyGym is registered with your state to collect sales tax on taxable items shipped to your state. Please note that sales tax collected is remitted by MyGym to your state taxation authority as required by law. These monies are not retained by MyGym.
